I'm Qua Ngo. This is a public information service of mine with help from a few of my friends. Sites and information found here are ones that I personally find of interest. I hope you do too.
We assume you are a free person and you value the scientific method, rational discussion, free enterprise, personal responsibility and most importantly, have an open mind.
We have a decidedly non-apocalyptic view of the future. We are unabashed optimists of free enterprise, and mankind's rightful place in the ecology of this planet. We believe in a better freedom filled world for our children.
